About Growcify

Growcify is an eCommerce SaaS platform that helps businesses launch and manage their own branded mobile apps, websites, and online stores. We're building technology that makes eCommerce simpler, smarter, and more accessible for businesses.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences across mobile apps, websites, and SaaS dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive interfaces for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and websites.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive dashboards, admin panels, and eCommerce interfaces.
• Build and maintain consistent design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to turn ideas into functional designs.
• Improve existing interfaces based on usability, feedback, and user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across devices.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and design best practices.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps and websites.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).
• Good understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and usability principles.
• Experience designing SaaS products, eCommerce platforms, or mobile applications.
• Strong sense of typography, spacing, colors, visual hierarchy, and consistency.
• Ability to independently take designs from concept to developer handoff.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a remote team.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with developers using React Native, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
