We are actively seeking an aggressive, results-driven Non-IT US Recruiter who thrives on filling the most complex and difficult client requisitions. About the Role

This is not a role for the faint of heart. We deal with niche, challenging non-IT requirements across the US market (Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Light Industrial, Admin, etc.). You must be highly confident in your headhunting abilities and capable of committing to a strict daily delivery target of at least 5 high-quality candidate submissions per day, even in the worst-case scenarios. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• End-to-End US Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for non-IT roles, from requisition analysis to onboarding.
• Complex Requisition Execution: Tackle difficult, hard-to-fill client mandates using advanced Boolean logic, X-Ray searches, passive candidate outreach, and specialized job boards.
• High-Volume Delivery: Consistently meet and exceed a mandatory baseline of 5 valid, screened, and ready-to-interview candidate submissions daily.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pool of non-IT professionals to ensure zero downtime when urgent requirements hit.
• Client & Vendor Operations: Ensure strict adherence to client guidelines, VMS protocols, and compliance standards during candidate submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience: Proven track record in US Staffing specifically focused on Non-IT domains.
• Availability: Immediate Joiners only. You must be ready to step in and start delivering from day one.
• Resilience & Drive: A strong commitment to hitting daily targets without excuses. You must possess the strategic mindset to pivot sourcing tactics when standard methods fail.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to negotiate with and assess US-based talent.
• Shift: Must be comfortable working standard US night shifts (EST/CST/PST) from our Hyderabad location.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Non-IT US Recruiter handling niche, challenging requirements across the US market (Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Light Industrial, Admin, etc.).
