Position: US Technical Recruiter Fresher

Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, India(Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US Technical Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to start their careers in recruitment and learn about the US IT job market. Training will be provided on recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various IT positions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and availability.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
• Learn about US employment types, work authorizations, and US IT recruitment processes.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets as assigned by the team lead.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and technical terminology.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
• Must be willing to work in the US night shift.
• Must be willing to arrange their own transportation for office commute, including during night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Important Note

• This position requires working in the US night shift.
• Transportation is not provided by the company. Candidates must arrange their own transportation to and from the office.
