About this role
Responsibilities:
1. International Voice Process & Client Communication
Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries for US-based clients to request missing tax documents, W-2s, 1099s, and financial information.
2. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering basic questions regarding tax document status, filing timelines, and portal navigation with clear, professional English communication.
3. Data Verification: Follow standardized telecalling scripts and workflows to verify client identities, cross-check income/deduction records, and update CRM/database tracking logs accurately.
4. Follow-ups: Manage pipeline tracking for document collection and coordinate with internal tax preparation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
