US Payroll Specialist

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Shift: US Night Shift

Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Process US W2, temporary, and hourly employee payroll.
• Manage payroll using Paychex, ADP, and QuickBooks.
• Handle payroll taxes, benefits invoices, and reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll records and conduct periodic audits.
• Support US state payroll registrations, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate payroll activities for H1B, OPT, and other W2 employees.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running US payroll.
• Strong understanding of H1B, OPT/STEM OPT, W2 payroll taxes, and employer compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of US federal and state payroll taxes, state registrations, withholding, and unemployment insurance requirements.
• Experience with Paychex, ADP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred: Experience handling multi-state payroll for US IT staffing and consulting companies.

Note: Candidates without direct US payroll processing experience will not be considered.
