- Role Overview:
- We are looking for target-driven sales professionals to handle inbound/outbound calls for our US process. You will be responsible for diagnosing basic PC performance issues and pitching premium antivirus and digital security solutions to US customers.
- Key Requirements:
- * Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International BPO (Tech Sales, Tech Support, or Antivirus process preferred).
- * Communication: Fluent in English with a neutral or US accent and strong persuasive skills.
- * Sales Focus: Proven ability to handle customer objections, pitch products effectively, and close sales to meet targets.
- * Technical Basics: Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting.
- * Setup: Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Must own a laptop/desktop and must have high speed broadband connection at home.
