Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused US Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified talent, evaluating candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client and internal hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and evaluate resumes to identify candidates who align with specific job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability.
• Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, databases, and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle offer discussions, required documentation, and joining formalities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• Prior experience in US recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
