Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter – RPO role based in Ahmedabad. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles and industries. Responsibilities include working with client hiring managers to understand job requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, and leveraging job boards, social media, databases, and networking to build strong talent pipelines. The role involves coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. The US Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment records, meet defined performance metrics, and collaborate closely with internal and client teams to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Qualifications

• Strong US recruitment experience, including end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in using job portals, ATS platforms, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and social media for talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of RPO delivery models, recruitment best practices, and US hiring processes and compliance considerations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience recruiting for multiple domains such as technology, healthcare, finance, or professional services is an advantage.
• Comfort with MS Office tools and basic data reporting to track and present recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience will be considered.
• Willingness to work aligned to US time zones as required by client engagements.
