Position Details:

• Job Title: US Recruiter
• Location: Panaji, Goa
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite, 5 days a week
• Working Hours:7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)
• Experience: 1+ years (Freshers are also welcome)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic US Recruiters to join our recruitment team. We welcome both Freshers and Experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in US Staffing and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice,and other job portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience,location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment will be preferred.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, US work authorization, rate negotiation, and US recruitment processes will be an advantage.

For Freshers

• Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates interested in starting their career in US Staffing / Recruitment will receive the required training and guidance.

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
