US Non-IT Recruitment Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruitment Lead to manage recruitment operations for non-IT staffing requirements across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in team handling, client coordination, high-volume hiring, and recruitment delivery across light industrial, manufacturing, production, engineering, and other non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Non-IT recruiters.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US non-IT requirements, including sourcing, screening, submissions, and placements.
• Manage client requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment delivery timelines.
• Drive daily team productivity, submission targets, interview conversions, and closures.
• Recruit for light industrial, manufacturing, production, engineering, and skilled worker positions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, team performance, and pipeline reports.
• Ensure quality submissions, effective candidate engagement, and timely follow-ups.
• Work with account managers and clients to resolve hiring challenges and improve delivery.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment, including team handling.
• Strong experience in US staffing and high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of light industrial, manufacturing, production, and engineering hiring.
• Experience with ATS, job portals, Boolean search, Mandatory Portals - Beeline , Fieldglass etc. and recruitment MIS.
• Strong leadership, communication, client coordination, and target management skills.
