End-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles,

Work with W2 and Direct Clients,

Partner with hiring managers to source top talent

1 to 5 years of US Non-IT Recruitment experience

Exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, construction hiring Experience working with W2 and Direct Clients

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work in EST shift from our Hyderabad office
