US Non - IT Recruiter

ROLE SUMMARY

Recruit qualified professionals for US non-technical positions, working with account managers and clients to clarify job requirements, identify suitable talent, and manage candidates through interviews, offers and onboarding. This role requires full-shift availability during Eastern Time business hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review job descriptions and clarify required experience, skills, education, certifications, work location and client expectations.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, Boolean searches, referrals and the internal ATS.

Recruit for administrative, customer service, accounting and finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, operations, sales and other business support roles.

Screen candidates for role fit, relevant experience, communication, availability, location, compensation expectations and work authorization through approved processes.

Coordinate submissions, interviews and feedback; maintain timely candidate communication, accurate ATS records and organized talent pipelines.

Meet agreed sourcing, qualified-submission, interview and placement targets while following company procedures and applicable employment requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Hands-on experience recruiting for US non-IT positions, preferably in a staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment.

Understanding of US recruitment practices, job-specific screening and candidate assessment.

Proficiency with job portals, Boolean searches, LinkedIn or similar platforms, and an ATS such as JobDiva.

Strong communication, attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple requirements and work independently.

WORKING SCHEDULE

MondayFriday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Candidates based in India must be comfortable working the corresponding US shift. Eastern Time changes between EST and EDT during the year, so India working hours will shift accordingly.
