Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Engineering / Medical Device / Pharmaceutical Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing and recruitment across Engineering, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and related technical domains.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling US-based engineering and Life Sciences requirements, with the ability to understand technical job descriptions, identify qualified candidates, conduct effective screening, and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Engineering, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
• Recruit for engineering and technical positions across areas such as:
• Aerospace / Avionics
• Automotive
• Manufacturing
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Quality Engineering
• Design Engineering
• Semiconductor / VLSI
• Embedded / Hardware
• Medical Device Engineering
• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences
• R&D and Scientific functions
• Work on requirements from direct clients, implementation partners and vendor/MSP environments.
• Review resumes and conduct detailed candidate screening based on technical skills, industry experience, qualifications and client requirements.
• Understand engineering and Life Sciences job descriptions and identify relevant technical talent.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments covering technical experience, communication skills, availability, compensation and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and client panels.
• Manage candidate submissions, interview follow-ups, offer negotiations, rate discussions and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche Engineering, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences requirements.
• Work with candidates on C2C, W2, 1099 and Full-Time opportunities.
• Handle candidates across US work authorization categories including US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT and L1.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, interview feedback and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to hiring managers and clients.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining candidate quality.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
• Strong experience in US Engineering Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for one or more of the following domains:
• Aerospace / Avionics
• Automotive
• Manufacturing
• Semiconductor / VLSI
• Medical Devices
• Pharmaceutical
• Life Sciences
• Healthcare
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment and candidate screening.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder or similar job portals.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, JobDiva or similar ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing models including C2C, W2, 1099 and Full-Time.
• Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience across Engineering + Medical Device + Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences recruitment will be strongly preferred.

Experience working with engineering clients, implementation partners, direct clients, MSP/VMS environments and niche technical requirements will be an added advantage.
