US Non IT Recruiter - Light Industrial

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting for Light Industrial roles in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of the US recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for US Light Industrial / Non-IT positions.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to submission.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess qualifications against client requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and recruiting teams to understand job requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, and recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3+ years of US Non-IT Recruitment experience.
• Prior experience recruiting Light Industrial positions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with roles such as Warehouse Associates, General Labor, Machine Operators, Forklift Operators, Production Workers, Assemblers, Shipping & Receiving, Maintenance Technicians, etc.
• Knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
