About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals
- Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
