Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for various client requirements across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and recruitment portals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final placement.
• Work on various IT requirements, including Java Developers, .NET Developers, Python Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other technical positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, work authorization, and salary or pay rate expectations.
• Understand different US work authorizations, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, and other applicable employment authorization categories.
• Coordinate with candidates and account managers to submit qualified profiles to clients.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming IT requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations within approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submission records, and recruitment activity reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technology skills, market conditions, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in US IT recruitment or US IT staffing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and technical job requirements.
• Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of Boolean search and resume screening techniques.
• Knowledge of US work authorization categories and employment eligibility terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Willingness to work in US shifts aligned with client time zones.
• Flexibility to work evening or night shifts based on business requirements.

Experience:

• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment may apply, depending on company requirements.
• Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of US IT recruitment experience will be preferred.
