Role & responsibilities :-

• Source IT candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
• Understand US IT job requirements/JDs and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and update the ATS/recruitment database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with good English communication skills
• B.Tech / B.E., BCA, MCA graduates
• Candidates from a technical/ IT background
• Candidates interested in US IT Staffing / IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Candidates comfortable working in US shifts
• Candidates willing to work from office in Noida
