Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing/recruitment and be comfortable working in the US night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Work on various job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand client requirements.
• Negotiate salaries/rates and assist throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth closure of positions.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and deliver candidates within required timelines.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Good understanding of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
