About this role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Work on W2, C2C, and W2 Contract hiring requirements, as applicable.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with candidates, account managers, vendors, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations within approved budgets.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up on interview schedules, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, and employment market requirements.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
