About this role

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various IT roles for our US clients.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
