Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for roles supporting Medusind's technology and revenue cycle operations. Daily responsibilities include identifying talent through various channels, engaging with candidates, assessing technical and cultural fit, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The US IT Recruiter will work closely with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning and meet staffing goals in a timely and compliant manner.
Qualifications

• Strong full-life cycle recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience in IT recruitment and technical recruiting, with the ability to understand and discuss technical requirements.
• Proficiency in recruiting and hiring processes, including managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating selection decisions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of healthcare or healthcare technology environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
