About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the US staffing industry.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various technical requirements while maintaining strong candidate relationships and meeting recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, Cloud, Business Analysts, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Candidate should have Excellent communication skills.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS/CRM.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience working with direct clients, System Integrators (SIs), or staffing/consulting firms are preferred.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment market.
• Stable career history with a consistent recruitment track record.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
