Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and visa status.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates technical skills, communication, experience, availability, and work authorization.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations when required.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Recruiting Leads to fulfill urgent client requirements.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of US work authorization/visa types such as USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and US job portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Relevant US IT Recruitment experience can be considered in place of educational requirements.
