US IT Recruiter – Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, and experience levels.
• Recruit candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical experience, communication skills, and suitability.
• Coordinate with candidates, account managers, vendors, and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Work on different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099, as permitted by the role and applicable requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates, salary expectations, and contract terms.
• Schedule client interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates.
• Verify work authorization and relevant employment details as required.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
• Follow US recruitment practices, time zones, and applicable employment and privacy requirements.

Domestic Recruiter (India) – Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and temporary positions within India.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions across IT and non-IT domains.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Assess candidates skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Discuss salary expectations, current CTC, expected CTC, and joining availability.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to obtain interview feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.
• Achieve hiring targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.
