Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Recruit RNs , Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, licenses, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
• Work toward daily/weekly recruitment and placement targets.
• Coordinate with Account Management and Credentialing teams.

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of US healthcare roles, licensing, and staffing processes.
• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
