JD:

• Bachelor degree in IT or technical field, or equivalent experience
• 7-10 Years previous experience in similar role, ideally in technical support or data onboarding, ideally in digital/connected solutions or automotive/industrial environments.
• Knowledge and expertise in:
• Master data management systems such as SQL server, Profisee, and Informatica MDM.
• Software like: Jira, Confluence, MS office, MS teams, (SAP and Salesforce are an advantage)
• Data transformation and ingestion workflows (CSV/JSON/XML formats, data cleaning, validation)
• Modern Linux distributions and Bash are an advantage
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to anticipate issues and act proactively
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
• Solutionoriented with capability to challenge existing processes and propose optimizations
• Datadriven approach to problem solving and decision making
• Ability to work crossfunctionally and push alignment across teams (Support, Product, Dev)
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on scalability and automation
• Comfortable operating in fastchanging environments and driving adaptation
