Role: IT Support Engineer L2

Location: Bangalore, K R Puram

Exp: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, access, and permissions.
• Manage Office 365 tenant and provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware and application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and support LAN, WAN, and Firewall-related issues.
• Provide dedicated VIP user support with a strong focus on service quality.
• Handle technical issues and provide timely resolution to users.
• Coordinate with users and internal/ external teams for issue resolution.
• Act as the IT SPOC for the Bangalore location and manage day-to-day IT operations.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive user experience.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong experience in Desktop Hardware and Application Support.
• Good understanding of LAN, WAN, and Firewall.
• Experience in VIP User Support.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage IT operations as the location IT SPOC.
