Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Legal & Compliance Executive to manage corporate legal documentation, statutory compliance, contract review, and legal coordination while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, and official documents.
- Monitor statutory compliance under the Companies Act, labour laws, and applicable regulations.
- Assist with compliance audits, regulatory filings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support civil and criminal matters, disputes, and police complaints/FIR-related documentation.
- Maintain legal records and assist in policy drafting and implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
- LLB mandatory; LLM preferred.
- 13 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance roles preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, contract drafting, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
