Urgent Hiring - International Voice Process ( Insurance )

We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers and Experienced who are passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound international customer calls

- Provide technical support and issue resolution

- Deliver high-quality customer service

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria:

- Looking for freshers and people who have experience in International Voice process

- Experience in Insurance voice process of all the three - Health, life and group are added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Good articulation and problem-solving skills

- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

Shift & Work Details:

- 5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs. (WFO)

- Predominantly night shifts

- Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)
