Hiring: Upwork Bidder – International IT Sales

Location: Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About TechIndia Software:-

TechIndia Software is looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to identify business opportunities, prepare winning proposals, and generate quality leads for our IT services through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork for website development, web design, SEO, digital marketing, and mobile app development.
• Prepare personalized, compelling proposals based on client requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and build a pipeline of potential international clients.
• Communicate with prospective clients, manage follow-ups, and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Track bidding activities, client responses, and project opportunities.
• Develop effective bidding strategies to improve response rates and project conversions.

Requirements:-

• 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, online bidding, or a similar business development role.
• Strong written English communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services, including web development, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms.
• Good research, client-handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• A target-oriented approach with a focus on generating quality business opportunities.

Location Preference:-

Candidates based in Kanpur or willing to relocate to Kanpur are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position.
