We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder with 1 to 5 years of experience to generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing proposals, communicating with potential clients, and helping generate new business opportunities.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Panchkula, IT Park, Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities on Upwork, finding relevant projects, preparing high-quality proposals, communicating with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for the company.

The selected candidate will regularly monitor Upwork for suitable projects related to the company's services and evaluate project requirements, client profiles, budgets, and competition before submitting proposals. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements and create customized, professional, and convincing proposals that clearly communicate the company's capabilities and value.

The role will also involve managing communication with prospective clients through Upwork, responding to client queries, understanding their business and technical requirements, following up on submitted proposals, and maintaining professional relationships with potential customers. The candidate will coordinate with the technical and management teams whenever additional information or project clarification is required.

The candidate will be expected to maintain regular bidding activity, track submitted proposals and responses, maintain lead and client records, follow up with interested prospects, and work towards converting qualified opportunities into successful projects. Knowledge of web development, software development, mobile applications, digital services, or IT solutions will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, good knowledge of Upwork's bidding process, excellent proposal-writing abilities, and a strong understanding of lead generation and business development. The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, organized, and capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with the internal team.

This is a full-time night-shift opportunity based in Panchkula, IT Park, Haryana, suitable for candidates who have previous experience in Upwork bidding, online bidding, lead generation, business development, or IT sales.
