• Location: Sector 4, Noida
• Experience: 14 Years
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end UK recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in UK recruitment.
• Good knowledge of the UK hiring process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
