UI/UX Manager

Job Summary

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can bring together creativity, user psychology, and technology to build meaningful digital experiences. You'll work across our app and website, turning user needs and business problems into simple, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to research, design, test, learn, and iterate closely with Product and Engineering. If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy solving problems, and are curious about using data and technology to make products better, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across our app and website, from concept to final execution.
• Create clean, minimal, intuitive, and emotionally resonant interfaces.
• Design user journeys and product flows that encourage engagement and habit-building.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate user and business insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship designs quickly and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Contribute to the visual language and consistency of the overall product experience.
