About this role
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our enterprise and retail software applications. You will lead user research, interface prototyping, and usability testing directly with end users.
Key Responsibilities:
. Conduct primary and secondary user research, including in-person/store-level interviews with retail operators and pharmacists to gather workflow insights.
. Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, FigJam, and Canva.
. Plan and conduct usability tests to identify user friction points and iteratively refine the product interface.
. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
. 2+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience.
. High proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Canva.
. Demonstrated experience with qualitative user research methods and usability testing frameworks.
. Prior experience designing retail POS systems, warehouse management software, or complex B2B platforms is an advantage.
. A strong design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user journeys and research-backed designs.
