Role Description The Turbine role at Shree Krishna Solvent is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The individual in this role will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining turbines used in the company's industrial and manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting turbine equipment, recording performance data, identifying operational issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime. The role involves following safety procedures, assisting in scheduled shutdowns and startups, and supporting optimization of turbine performance for energy efficiency and reliability. Collaboration with engineers, technicians, and plant supervisors will be essential to ensure smooth plant operations.
Qualifications

• Solid understanding of turbine operation, industrial machinery, and basic mechanical systems.
• Experience in plant operations, equipment monitoring, and routine maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of safety standards, industrial safety practices, and adherence to operating procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, equipment manuals, and performance reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to equipment issues or alarms.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in turbine operation or maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Capacity to work on-site in Indore, including in shifts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
