Treasury Team Lead

Job description:

We are currently hiring for the position of Treasury Accountant/ Treasury Accounts Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning, funding, payments, and treasury operations.
• Handle FBAR reporting, KYC updates, dashboards, and bank account opening.
• Manage activities including funding updates, funding logs, unbatched transactions, and manual payment requests.
• Perform monthly master data reconciliation and Direct Debit reconciliation.
• Coordinate with banks, including call-backs, and support auditors with required information.
• Prepare and circulate weekly treasury updates and maintain accurate records.
• Handle client queries, meetings, escalations, and ad-hoc requests.
• Lead and manage the Treasury Accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Visio
• Other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Essential:

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounts, Banking Operations, or Cash Management.
• Strong knowledge of payments, reconciliations, KYC, cash management, and banking processes.
• Experience with international clients is preferred.
• Strong team management, client handling, communication, and analytical skills.
• Education: Graduates/ Master's Degree
• Strong command of English communication (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Work Timings:

• April to October: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST
• November to March: 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
