ORN Journeys is looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Journey Advisors in Bengaluru.About ORN JourneysORN Journeys is re-engineering travel around the traveler, creating connected experiences rather than isolated bookings. We bring together mobility, stays, journeys, local operations, technology, and customer support into one organized travel ecosystem.Europe is the first large-scale expression of this integrated travel model, offering travelers a simpler, more accessible, and reliable way to experience Europe.About the RoleAs a Customer Journey Advisor, you will guide travelers through their journey from initial inquiry to post-trip feedback.Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer interactions across multiple channels
• Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable travel guidance
• Counselling customers on itineraries and travel options
• Resolving customer queries and concerns before, during, and after travel
• Coordinating with operations and local teams
• Monitoring journey milestones and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Maintaining accurate customer interactions and records
• Escalating complex cases when required
• Contributing to continuous improvement of the customer journey
• What We're Looking ForStrong customer interaction and customer support skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to counsel customers and support their decision-making
• Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, BPO, or other customer-facing roles is preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working in shifts aligned with international time zones
