Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for air ticketing, reservations, tour package sales and travel operations.

The ideal candidates will have practical experience in the travel industry, strong communication skills in Tamil and English, and the ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight enquiries, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Prepare and coordinate tour packages, itineraries and travel arrangements.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners and other service providers as required.
• Maintain accurate booking records and provide timely customer support.
• Build positive customer relationships and support repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the tours and travels industry.
• Good spoken and written communication in Tamil and English.
• Hands-on experience in air ticketing, reservations, tour packages or travel operations.
• Strong customer service, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings accurately.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is an advantage for air ticketing candidates.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to 30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
