About the Role

FareEase Travels India is looking for a motivated and customer-focused International Tour Package & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing attractive and customized international holiday packages for travelers from India, coordinating with customers throughout the sales process, and converting travel inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create customized and competitive international tour packages from India based on customer preferences, budget, duration, and travel requirements.
• Research and coordinate flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel services to build complete holiday packages.
• Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable international destinations and travel packages.
• Prepare and share detailed quotations, itineraries, and package proposals with customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate with customers and travel suppliers to provide attractive packages while maintaining company margins.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales conversions.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, hotel options, and seasonal offers.

Requirements

• Experience in international travel sales, tour packages, or travel operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Excellent customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
• Good knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
• Ability to create customized itineraries and calculate package costs.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Candidates with experience in international holiday sales will be preferred.
