Travel Consultant/Senior Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants / Senior Travel Consultants to join our B2B Call Centre in Trivandrum. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, travel industry knowledge, GDS expertise, and fluency in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve travel-related queries.
• Assist with flight bookings, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide accurate information on fare rules and airline policies.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use GDS systems to manage reservations and ticketing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in travel, airline, or customer service.
• Fluency in English and any one of the following regional languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada (spoken and written).
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with at least one GDS: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Sound knowledge of flight bookings, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
