Educational Qualification:   Mandatory - Degree / Diploma   Experience Required:     1-2 years Minimum Shift Timings:   Rotational Shifts-Indian and Global timings 6 AM-2 PM 2 PM -10PM 10 PM-6 AM Work Schedule:   6 Days/week

Specific Skills: Well-versed in Hyderabad routes with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Reporting to :Assistant Transport Manger/ Shift In-charge 

Duties & Responsibilities    To provide administrative/ operational support to the Transport Team at Client’s Facility.  To ensure timely arrivals & departures  Responsible to the Shift In charge to oversee the Transport operations during the Shift.  Display drop-off lists on the notice boards.  Check attendance of vehicles, drivers, and vendor supervisor.  Prepare the vehicle arrival report and collect pick up slips from transport vendors.  Allocate pick up/drop lists to vendors supervisors.  Carry out routine Vehicle inspections as per approved check list.  Collect and verify log sheets from individual vendors & Vehicle Tracking.  Be accessible for escalation of all Transport related issues in Transport bay  Communicate to the next shift through the shift logbook all incidents issues and pending problems of the shift and handover formally to the next Shift Supervisor  Reporting - Prepare daily / weekly reports as required on Transport matters.  Tracking each and every vehicle point wise and shift wise.  Timely updation of status on the tracking tool.  Coordinate with vendor trackers.  Maintain the daily pickup and drop list of employees  Maintain an accurate and readily available list telephone numbers of vehicles and the vendors  Check Adhoc Pickup and drop request.  Reports – Prepare daily / weekly reports on the tracking.  Reports – Prepare reports on no show employees  Reports – Prepare reports on numbers of picked up and drop per day.  Authorize departure in case employee fails to board the cab within the stipulated time as per the policy  Regular Defensive Driver Training programs or Safety training to Drivers                                       Performance objectives   The Coordinator/ Tracker is responsible to ensure that the required number of vehicles are available on time for pickup and Drop.  Coordinator/ Tracker will ensure that Trips are allocated to all vehicles by the Vendor supervisor on time and the On-time arrival and Departure of all vehicles.  The Coordinator/ Tracker is responsible to guide users to their drop zones and assigned vehicles and ensure an efficient transport operation.   Track all cabs on real time basis.    Key skills    Qualification (E): Degree / Diploma   Industry Type: Hotel, IT, Travel, FM Services, Fresher  Overall Experience: 0 – 2 years   Industry Experience: 0 – 2 years  Technical Skills (E): MS Office & Mail communication   Generic Skills (E): Communication, Interpersonal  Behaviours: Achievement level, Teamwork, Learning attitude & Positive thinking
