Quality Monitoring Services
Gain a competitive advantage quality monitoring services, with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) best practices, delivering bias-free, transparent performance audits that optimize service delivery and enhance quality standards.
Evaluations must follow a DMAIC-aligned workflow to comprehensively improve agent performance metrics such as average handling time, customer satisfaction, closing, and more across F&A (O2C, PTP, RTR) & HRTT.
