Trainee- Tele caller

• Building database and conduct CATI-based telephone surveys with respondents.
• Probe effectively to obtain detailed and accurate responses.
• Record and update survey responses in the designated software system.
• Develop and maintain a personal database of respondents for outreach and survey participation

• Bachelor's master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
