Job Description: Traditional Guide

Location: 1676, 17th Main, , JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree, MBA

Salary: Rs. 26,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and capabilities Plus Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities for Traditional Guide

• Manage all customer interactions, nurture and convert customers and bring them into the traditional fold. Make our customers passionate individuals who love traditions and create customer ambassadors of our brand
• Leverage technology and various communication channels to build effective customer engagement, increase repeat purchase and customer retention.
• Build a strong positive experience for customers across various touch points.
• Analyse key customer buying behaviour and targeted customer engagement to drive customer mind share.
• Drive systematic approach to customer data mining, consulting and providing the right recommendation to customers thereby bringing customers back to us
• Win back customers

Qualification: Basic qualification required is any specialisation. MBA, Mass communication would be an added advantage.

Desired Qualities:

Someone who is extremely passionate and takes on responsibilities with commitment and drive. Works well with teams building consensus and improving the overall team performance. Has strong communication skills with excellent fluency in spoken and written English, spoken Hindi. Understanding and ability to speak in any of the South Indian Language is desirable. To have maturity, patience & empathy towards customers while discussing with them on their requirements. Should be a fast learner, have the drive to excel and highly motivated.
