Role & Responsibilities
A fast-evolving consumer goods innovator operating at the intersection of oral care and sustainable chemistry, we develop next-gen toothpaste formulations that merge clinical efficacy with eco-conscious ingredient sourcing. Our R&D teams work hands-on in lab and pilot-scale environments to engineer stable, sensorially pleasing, and market-ready oral care products for global consumers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize toothpaste formulations using natural, fluoride, and synthetic actives to meet efficacy, stability, and sensory benchmarks.
- Lead lab-scale batch trials, adjust rheology/pH, and validate compatibility with packaging and dispensing systems.
- Conduct stability, microbial, and accelerated aging tests to ensure product safety and shelf life compliance.
- Collaborate with supply chain to source sustainable, halal/kosher-certified, or vegan-compatible raw materials.
- Prepare technical dossiers, SOPs, and regulatory documentation aligned with Indian and global oral care standards.
- Support scale-up from bench to pilot production and troubleshoot manufacturing deviations with plant engineers.
