Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Toolmaker to handle maintenance, repair,
troubleshooting, and servicing of high-speed stamping tools and progressive dies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of high-speed stamping tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair progressive dies to minimize production downtime.
• Carry out tool setting, adjustments, fitting, grinding, and polishing.
• Support tool trials and ensure tool accuracy and product quality.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S, and tool maintenance standards.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in stamping tool maintenance, preferably
in high-speed progressive dies.
