Tool Room Head

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Head Tool Room to lead our tool room and mold manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing, precision machining, CNC/VMC, EDM, Wire EDM, mold assembly, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete tool room and mold manufacturing operations.
• Plan and monitor mold manufacturing schedules, machining activities, and delivery timelines.
• Manage tool room manpower, machines, resources, and production priorities.
• Ensure precision, quality, productivity, and timely completion of molds.
• Review technical drawings, 3D models, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Project teams.
• Handle mold trials, troubleshooting, modifications, repairs, and improvements.
• Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time, cost, and rework.
• Ensure proper machine utilization, tool maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Drive 5S, continuous improvement, process discipline, and quality standards.
• Train, guide, and develop the tool room team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
