Job Purpose :

Support the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the organization. The role will partner with business stakeholders, employees, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of capability-building programs, learning operations, and employee development initiatives.

The Learning & Development (L&D) function is responsible for designing and delivering learning interventions that strengthen functional, behavioral, managerial, and leadership capabilities across the organization.

The Team Member - L&D supports the execution of learning initiatives across employee lifecycle stages, including induction, technical capability building, leadership development, digital learning, and organization-wide learning campaigns. The role coordinates with business leaders, employees, HR stakeholders, external faculty, and learning partners to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs, effective learner engagement, robust learning governance, and data-driven tracking of learning outcomes. The incumbent also supports the adoption of digital learning platforms and contributes towards building a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Major Challenges:

. Managing Multiple Learning Programs: Coordinating concurrent learning interventions across functions, locations, and employee segments while ensuring timely execution.

. Driving Learning Participation: Securing high learner engagement and completion rates amidst competing business priorities.

. Measuring Learning Impact: Tracking effectiveness and demonstrating the business value of learning initiatives through data and feedback.

. Stakeholder Coordination: Aligning business leaders, HR stakeholders, trainers, and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.

. Maintaining Learning Governance: Ensuring accuracy of LMS data, training records, compliance metrics, and management dashboards.

. Accelerating Digital Learning Adoption: Encouraging utilization of digital learning platforms, e-learning modules, and new learning technologies.

. Addressing Evolving Capability Needs: Continuously adapting learning solutions to meet changing business, functional, leadership, and future skill requirements.

. Balancing Quality, Scale & Efficiency: Delivering impactful learning experiences while managing timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency.
