Job Summary

This role supports digital content services for online channels and focuses on delivering clear engaging and compliant content in English for a global audience. The talent manages end to end content workflows in a fully remote work from home setup and ensures consistent quality across websites portals and other digital touchpoints. Responsibilities

• Manage digital content lifecycle for online platforms by coordinating intake drafting review publication and continuous refresh activities to maintain accurate and relevant information for users
• Create clear concise and inclusive English content for web pages articles FAQs and support materials that enable diverse users to easily understand complex topics and take informed actions
• Optimize digital copy for readability accessibility and search visibility by applying structured writing techniques inclusive language guidelines and metadata best practices that improve online discovery and engagement
• Collaborate with product marketing and operations teams to translate business requirements into user focused content journeys that guide customers through digital tasks with minimal friction
• Monitor content performance using analytics dashboards to identify gaps drop offs and high impact opportunities then refine messages and layouts to increase conversion and task completion rates
• Develop reusable content templates and style references that standardize tone voice terminology and structure across multiple digital properties and reduce inconsistencies for customers
• Review and edit peer content for grammar terminology alignment and regulatory compliance while providing constructive feedback that builds shared content quality standards across the team
• Coordinate publication schedules and content updates in digital content management tools to ensure time sensitive information is deployed accurately for campaigns product launches and service changes
• Document content operations workflows governance rules and escalation paths so that remote team members can follow consistent processes and onboard quickly in a distributed environment
• Partner with customer support and online moderators to capture frequent issues and questions then translate them into self service content that reduces support volume and improves resolution speed
• Engage in regular spoken English interactions such as virtual standups reviews and walkthroughs to clarify requirements resolve blockers and maintain smooth coordination in the work from home model
• Adhere to organizational guidelines for data privacy brand integrity and ethical communication so that online content builds trust and supports responsible use of digital services in society

Qualifications

• Possess professional experience of five to eight years in digital content services or similar online roles with a focus on managing content for websites portals or applications in a distributed team environment
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in speaking reading and writing English including the ability to conduct virtual discussions present content proposals and refine complex feedback into clear customer facing messages
• Apply strong domain understanding of online user behavior such as navigation patterns search habits and self service preferences to craft content experiences that feel intuitive and reduce user effort
• Utilize hands on experience with digital content management tools web publishing workflows and basic analytics reporting to manage updates track outcomes and maintain audit ready content records
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a work from home environment by managing time communication and collaboration tools in a way that keeps stakeholders aligned despite the absence of travel
• Show familiarity with accessibility practices inclusive communication principles and clear language standards so that online content can be consumed easily by people with diverse needs and backgrounds
