We are looking for a highly creative and talented Designer to join our team on a full-time basis.

For us, experience is not the only measure of a good designer. We value talent, creativity, imagination, curiosity and the ability to think beyond conventional designs much more.

We are looking for someone who can think differently, explore new ideas and create designs that stand out in the international home textile market.

What We Are Looking For

The candidate should have knowledge / interest in:

• Adobe Illustrator (AI)
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• Procreate
• Textile prints, patterns, stripes, checks & plaids
• Colour combinations and colour development
• Fabric construction and fabric specifications
• Home textile / bedding design
• Design repeats, placements and artwork development
• Understanding of how a design translates from concept → fabric → finished product

Most Important – Your Thinking

We are especially interested in people who:

• Have a strong creative mind and original ideas
• Can think beyond existing trends and conventional designs
• Have a vast imagination and willingness to experiment
• Can create fresh concepts rather than simply copying existing designs
• Understand colours, textures, proportions and aesthetics
• Are curious about fabrics, textures, techniques and new possibilities
• Can convert an idea or inspiration into a commercially viable textile design
• Are willing to learn, explore and continuously improve

Freshers with exceptional talent and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Experience will be considered, but talent, creativity and design thinking will carry greater weight.
